What forms of payment do you accept?
My main form of payment is through paypal, although I can accept payment via credit/debit card worldwide or bank transfer/cheque (UK only).
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is set at 50%, this is to be paid before any work is started. The final 50% is to be paid before the completed files are sent over.
What makes you different from the rest?
There are a lot of design to code services out there, however mine is entirely freelance run and I pride myself on building great relationships with my clients to make the experience as friendly as possible, and as a result I have never had an unhappy client.
Where are you based?
I am based in the Media Centre, Huddersfield in the United Kingdom.

What is SEO?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, basically it means that I code the design so that search engines like Google can easily go through the code and find keywords etc. to help position you higher in the search engines.
Can you do designs for us as well?

What tools do you use to code?
All code is hand coded in a HTML editor, I do not use WYSIWYG editors in my coding. I use Photoshop to slice the designs that you send me.
What are the A class browsers?
The A class browsers are Internet Explorer 6 + 7, Mozilla Firefox 2 + 3, Safari 3, Google Chrome and the latest version of Opera. Code can also be tested on the Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.
How do I send you the files?
There are a number of ways you can send me the designs over. You can upload them via the contact form, send them over via email or upload them to a file storage site/your own site and send me over a link to download. I accept files in PSD, flattened PNG, Gimp (XCF) and many other formats, please send files in a ZIP archive.
What software/hardware do you use?
I use a Mac Mini, Mac OS X Leopard, Photoshop, The Gimp, Coda and Firefox, view my computer setup
