The Personal Service
There are hundreds of coding services out there, it's a very competitive market. Many of these companies use pricing as their main selling point and try to undercut their competition. Codethatdesign doesn't do this, my selling point is the personal service.
I get customers come to me with some horrifying experiences with some really big names in this industry. One of the biggest problems they've had (apart from the code) is that there was no real sense of a personal service, this prompted me to produce this special page here on the site for my potential customers.
When you go shopping and you're welcomed by a smiling face on the door and staff that are happy to help you out, you leave the shop happy and you come back time and time again, that's the kind of personal service I offer. The majority of the business I do is for the same people over and over again, the same design company, marketing agency, even the same freelancer. Why is that? My prices aren't the cheapest on the market, far from it in fact.
I ask my clients from time to time why they come back, the reasons they give are always the same;
- I don't make false promises
- I deliver on time
- The communication and end result is perfect
- and I'm friendly but still professional
